Our aim is to not just to show you what to do, but educate you to understand what you are doing, why you are doing it and how you can enhance your performance. Pre surgery, post surgery, avoiding surgery, we have the skills to work with it all and are dedicated to enhancing the longevity of your body.
Pilates is the safest form of exercise for you and your baby. Programs specifically written to keep you strong throughout your pregnancy, to physically prepare you for birth and a speedy and safe recovery post birth. Pelvic floor and Rectus diastasis (abdominal separation) rehabilitation with specialised equipment and trained professionals. Bubs are more than welcome in the studio.
