Join any as many of our group Reformer classes as you’d like for 2 weeks. Your 2 weeks begins from the date of your first class booking. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first class to complete a form. *IMPORTANT* Group classes are NOT suitable for anyone with any serious injury or illness.
Memberships are the most cost-effective way to regularly attend our sessions. They lessen the strain on your account with weekly debits and keep you committed to your Pilates practice.
They can be tailored to suit the combination of session/classes you want to attend and how often.

Please remember The Pilates Jeanie has a 24hr cancellation policy. This policy is put in place to ensure you stay committed, everyone gets into the class they desire and the teacher is paid for their time.
Pack or casual cancellation policy:
Cancellations for any reason, within 24hours will incur a full fee of the session/class.
– Intro Pack – 2 weeks unlimited Refromer – $10 late cancellation fee for any class cancelled within 24 hour of class start time
No refunds are given for any casual visit or packs purchased.
All casual visits/packs have an expiry date. Any unused session or class will be forfeit if not used within given expiry.
– Start Up Pack: 1 month expiry from first session
– Casual visit: 1-week expiry from purchase
– 5 packs: 8-week expiry from first class/session
– 10 packs: 16-week expiry from first class/session
Membership cancellation policy:
Within 24 hours before class, you may reschedule your session/class for another time within the membership said end date.
Cancellations for any reason, within 24 hours of class will incur a forfeit of that session/class.
Written notice is required if you wish to cancel your membership at the end of the arranged duration. Minimum 2 weeks notice must be given or your membership will automatically roll over and begin again.
Cancellation of a membership before its said end date will incur a fee equal to the amount still owed on the membership.
