Private 1:1 Sessions

One on one attention provided in private sessions are perfect for anyone who needs a little more attention and wants the best results from their sessions.

Your program will progress as you do and every session will challenge you appropriately to how you feel and what you need.

Recommended for:

  • Injury rehabilitation/management
  • Serious illness
  • Pre/post natal
  • Athletes seeking performance
  • Anyone who prefers solo attention

Semi Privates 3:1

After completing a start up pack you may wish to join a semi private class.

Work from your own individual program, on all the Pilates apparatus with another 3 participants under the eye of one instructor.

Even with the instructors attention split between 3 clients, you can ensure she will keep a close eye on your technique to ensure you get the most out of your sessions and are always progressing towards your goals.

Private Duo 2:1

Duo sessions allow you to feel at ease with the company of your choice sharing Lani’s attention. Work out with your partner, family member or workout buddy.

*Duo start up pack required before starting duo sessions.

Move, flow, and challenge yourself in a fun and uplifting group setting!

Our Reformer Pilates classes offer a supportive community feel while you build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence.

With expert guidance and a supportive community, you’ll feel motivated and energised every step of the way.

Not suitable for anyone with serious injuries or medical conditions – please come and see us in our downstairs studio so we can build you a personalised program.

Pilates Mat

Pilates matwork is a challenging mat based group class, focused on improving body awareness as well as strength and mobility.

Using bodyweight and small apparatus to assist and resist exercises, you can be certain you’ll get a whole-body workout on the mat!

This class is suitable for anyone WITHOUT any injuries or serious conditions.

Class limited to 10 pax. Bookings essential.
