Private 1:1 Sessions

One on one attention provided in private sessions are perfect for anyone who needs a little more attention and wants the best results from their sessions.

Your program will progress as you do and every session will challenge you appropriately to how you feel and what you need.

Recommended for:

  • Injury rehabilitation/management
  • Serious illness
  • Pre/post natal
  • Athletes seeking performance
  • Anyone who prefers solo attention

Semi Privates 3:1

After completing a start up pack you may wish to join a semi private class.

Work from your own individual program, on all the Pilates apparatus with another 3 participants under the eye of one instructor.

Even with the instructors attention split between 3 clients, you can ensure she will keep a close eye on your technique to ensure you get the most out of your sessions and are always progressing towards your goals.

Private Duo 2:1

Duo sessions allow you to feel at ease with the company of your choice sharing Lani’s attention. Work out with your partner, family member or workout buddy.

Mat classes

Mums & Bubs w/ Clare

Pilates is the safest and most effective way to return to exercise after pregnancy.

Our mums and bubs classes are tailored to help you reconnect to your body, and strengthen from the inside out. An hour to focus on you without needing a baby sitter.

This is a fun and interactive mat class using all kinds of Pilates props to help you:

  • Rebuild your pelvic floor and core muscles
  • Improve posture
  • Increase strength
  • Improve flexibility and mobility
  • Learn techniques and strategies to minimise aches and pains


Suitable for kids 6weeks – 2 years.

Classes limited to 6, bookings essential.

Pilates Mat

Pilates matwork is a challenging mat based group class, focused on improving body awareness as well as strength and mobility. Using bodyweight and small apparatus to assist and resist exercises, you can be certain you’ll get a whole-body workout on the mat!

This class is suitable for anyone WITHOUT any injuries or serious conditions.

Class limited to 10 pax. Bookings essential.

 

Yin Yoga w/ Soph

Yin yoga is a gentle and restorative practice, perfect for those who are looking to slow down and find stillness in their life.

Unlike other more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on holding passive poses for an extended period of time. This allows us to target the deep connective tissues of the body and release tension and stress. Through long holds, we create space in the body and mind, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of calm.

Yin Yoga is appropriate for any level mover and can be especially beneficial for those dealing with stress, anxiety, or physical tension. It helps to increase flexibility and mobility, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation in the body.

Throughout the class, we will use props to support the body and make the poses more accessible and comfortable. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, restored, and ready to take on whatever the day brings.
